FOOD PANTRY

Our Food Pantry at the Life at Timber Ridge Apartments provides access to healthy food to apartment residents and the surrounding community.​ The food pantry is supported by food drives from local businesses, churches and schools.
COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Comprehensive needs assessments are offered to help identify and address unmet needs. The assessment includes financial, childcare, employment, mental health, basic needs components. Referral to local agencies that can address identified needs is provided. We also provide assistance with agency applications if needed.
PROJECT H.O.P.E

Project H.O.P.E. (Helping People Out Every day) is a youth inspired initiative that provides supplemental food to Timber Ridge children and teens. Project H.O.P.E. participants receive 2 breakfast meals, 2 lunch meals and 2 snacks each weekend during the summer break.

YES WAIVER PARAPROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT

The Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver is a Medicaid program that helps children and youth with serious mental, emotional and behavioral difficulties. Paraprofessional services provides mentoring and coaching to build self-esteem, improve communication and improve family relationships.
EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

​Guidance, resume help, interview preparation, access to job fairs, and job search support to help residents find meaningful employment.
